Pro Legoete becomes South Africa's newest Test ref

Pro Legoete, who some of you may have met at the Hong Kong Sevens this year, has just refereed his first international test at the IRB Nations Cup in Romania where he officated the Romania vs Uruguay match in which hosts Uruguay won 11-3.
